The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute Standing Committee under Section 57 and Section 58 of the HGST Act. 2017 and sub Rule (4) of Rule 97 of HGST Rules, 2017 under the Chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary. Excise & Taxation Department with the following other officers:-

1.	Vice Chairman	Administrative Secretary Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department or his nominee not below the rank of Secretary
2.	Member	Nominee of Administrative Secretary. Finance Department.
3.	Member	Administrative Secretary PWD or his nominee not below the rank of Secretary
4.	Member	DG (Supplies & Disposal)
5.	Member Secretary	Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Haryana

The Government may include any other member as deemed fit.
