In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the following amendment is hereby made in the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Notification (1-W/2018) No. KGST.CR.01/17-18, dated the 29th November, 2018, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IVA, No1476, dated the 1st December, 2018, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "the 31st day of January, 2019", the words, figures and letters "the 28th day of February, 2019" shall be substituted.
