Body Notification No. 01/2019-C.T./GST, No. 07/2019 - State Tax, Dated: 31st January, 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Commissioner hereby makes the following amendment in this Department notification No. 27/2018-C.T./GST, dated the 29th November, 2018:-

Amendment

In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "the 31st day of January, 2019", the words, figures and letters "the 28th day of February, 2019" shall be substituted.
