Body NOTIFICATION No. G.O.MS.No. 78, Dated: 31st January, 2019.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.497 Rev.(CT-II) Dept. Dt.28-09-2018, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the second proviso, for the expression "July, 2017 to September, 2018"and "31st day of December, 2018", the expression "July, 2017 to December, 2018" and "31stday of March, 2019"shall be substituted respectively.
