In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following amendments to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.475 Rev.(CT-II) Dept. Dt.19-09-2018, namely:

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification, in paragraph 2 ,-

i. in clause (i), for the expression "31st August, 2018", the expression "31st January, 2019" shall be substituted;

ii. in clause (iv), for the expression "30th September, 2018", the expression "28th February, 2019" shall be substituted.
