In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 (25 of 2018), shall come into force except amendment relating to clause (c) of section 16, section 39, insertion of section 43A and amendment relating to section 49 of the said Act.
