In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in NOTIFICATION No.-KA.NI.-2-1884. XI-9(47)/17-U.P.ACT-1-2017-Order-(143)-2018, Dated: 25th September, 2018, namely,-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in paragraph 2,-

(i) in clause (i), for the words " as per issued by the Central government notification in this regard," the figures, letters and word " on or before 31st January, 2019" shall be substituted;

(ii) in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word "30th September, 2018", for the figures, letters and word "28th February, 2019", shall be substituted;
