In exercise of powers conferred by section 96 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor of Assam, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification no. FTX.90/2016/205 dated the 7th November, 2017, published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary, vide no. 641 dated 7th November, 2017. namely:-

ln the said notification against serial number I, for the word and punctuation mark "Shri J.K.Simte, Additional Commissioner, GST, CBEC, Guwahati.", the word and punctuation mark "Shri Viswajeet Singh, Joint Commissioner, CGST & CE Commissionerate, Dibrugarh", shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 12th September, 2018.
