Body Notification No. F 10-37/2018/CT/V (56), Dated, 24th July, 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (No. 7 of 2017). Government hereby appoint the class of officer mentioned in the column No. (2) ol the following table and functioning under the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005) as officer with corresponding designation in column (3) of the table for the purpose of said Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017
