In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Goods and Service Tax Council, hereby make the following further amendment to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.585, Revenue (CT-II) Dept., Dt: 12-12-2017 as amended vide G.O.Ms.No.160, Revenue (CT-II) Dept., Dt: 11-04-2018.

AMENDMENT

In the amendment to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.160, Revenue (CT-I) Dept., Dt:11-04-2018, for the expression "30th day of June, 2018", the expression "30th day of September, 2018" shall be substituted.
