In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P.Act no 1 of 2017)read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Cluases Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby recinds the notification No.KA.NI-2-157/XI-9(47)/17-U.P.Act-l-2017-Order-(105)-2018 dated 31-01- 2018, expect as respects things done or omitted to be done before such recission.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from the 7th day of march, 2018.
