In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 and sub-section (2) of section 4 read with clause (8) of section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act,2017 ( Act No.19 of 2017), the Undersigned hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as Appellate Joint Commissioners and Appellate Deputy Commissioners under section 107 of the said Act as mentioned in column (3) of the table below in respect of the jurisdiction mentioned against each, till further orders.
