THE HIMACHAL PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 NOTIFICATIONS

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011 (Act No. 33 of 2012), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, in supersession of all previous notifications and orders in this regard, is pleased to notify that the existing designations of the class of officers/officials for carrying out the purposes of the Act ibid as indicated in Column No. 1 shall be substituted by the designations as indicated in Column No. 2 of the table as under:-

2. The designations wherever occurring in the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011 and Rules, Notifications and Orders made thereunder, in column No. 1 of above table shall be substituted by designations as indicated in column 2 of the table.

3. There is no change in the pay scales of the officers/officials due to the new designations.
