In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 10 of 2017) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, in supersession of NOTIFICATION NO. 2/2017-STATE TAX dated 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide No. EXN-F(10)-14/2017-Loose dated 30th June, 2017, is pleased to appoint the officers/officials, mentioned by their designation under column 2 of the table given below, appointed under the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 as the officers with their designation as mentioned under column 2 of the said table under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017:-
