In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Service Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2018, notified vide this department's notification number F. 12(46)FD/Tax/2017-pt-III-202 dated 7th March, 2018 read with section 164 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of rule 4 except clause (7) and rule 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the said rules shall come into force.
