KARNATAKA TAX ON PROFESSION, TRADES, CALLINGS AND EMPLOYMENTS ACT, 1976 NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Karnataka Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 35 of 1976), and in supersession of the Notification No. FD 78 CSM 76(II), dated 29th April, 1976 and Notification No. FD 5 CSE 79, dated 27th November, 1979, the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the following Assistant Profession Tax Officers for carrying out the purposes of the Act, in the areas indicated in Column 3 of Table below.-
