In exercise of the powers onferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering which shall consist of the following officers, namely:-

I Sh. Kishori Lal, Commissioner, GST, Chandigarh, nominated by Chief Commissioner, CGST, Chandigarh Zone; and

II. S. Gurtej Singh, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, nominated by the Commissioner of State Tax.
