Body NOTIFICATIONS No. ll(2)/CTR/116(d)/2018, G.O.Ms.No. 24, Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1), 3rd February 2018.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.SRO A-60(b-1)/2017, published at Page 1 in Part III-Section 1(a) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 29th December, 2017.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 2nd February, 2018,
