In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Bihar, hereby appoints Shri Arun Kumar Verma, Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes Department, Bihar, Patna in place of Dr. Pratima, Satish Kr. Varma, Additional Commissioner (GST), Commercial Taxes Department, Bihar, Patna as State officer in the State Level Screening Committee constituted by Notification No. S.O. 177 dated 21st September, 2017 published in Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide No. 879 dated 21st September, 2017.
