In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department Notification No. 04/ST-2 dated 09th January, 2018.
