In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 10 of section of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017 the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to make the following further amendments in the notification No.8/2017-STATE TAX, dated 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)-14/2017-Loose, dated 30th June, 2017, with effect from 1st January, 2018, namely:-

In the said notification, in the opening paragraph,-

(a) in clause (i), for the words "one percent.", the words "half percent." shall be substituted;

(b) in clause (iii), for the words "half percent. of the turnover", the words "half per cent. of the turnover of taxable supplies of goods" shall be substituted.
