In pursuance of section 168 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of the Himachal Pradesh No. 53/2017-State Tax, dated the 15th Nov., 2017, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide number EXN-F(10)-20/2016-Vol.1, dated the 15th Nov., 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "the 30th day of November, 2017", the words, figures and letters "the 31st day of December, 2017" shall be substituted.
