The order no. 01/WBGST/PRO/17-18 dated 21/06/2017, (hereinafter referred to as the said order) issued in exercise of power conferred upon me under sub-section (2) of section 4 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Ordinance, 2017, saved under sub-section (2) of section 175 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben Act XXVIII of 2017), is partially modified by way of amendment, as under:

Amendment

In the said order,-

i) following the words "the Deputy Commissioner," the words "the Assistant Commissioner and" shall be inserted.

ii) the words " and the Assistant State Tax Officer" shall be omitted.

This order shall be deemed to have come into force from 16 th day of October, 2017.
