Body Notification No. 59/2017 - State Tax, No. 20-C.T./GST Dated: 15th November, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Commissioner hereby makes the following amendment in the notification No. 12-C.T./GST dated the 13th October, 2017:-

Amendment

In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "the 15th day of November, 2017", the words, figures and letters "the 24th day of December, 2017" shall be substituted.
