In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section Section 96 the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and of rule 103 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, State Government, hereby Constitutes Chhattisgarh Authority of Advance Ruling, from the date of issue of this notification and appoints officers mentioned in column (2) of the following table as members of the Authority
