Body NOTIFICATION No. KA.NI.-1404/XI-9(109)/17- U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(46)-2017 Dated :26th September, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule-123 of the Utlar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor is pleased to constitute a State-level screening Committee to be known as the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Profiteering Screening Committee. The said Committee shall consist of-

(a) one officer of the State Government, to be nominated by the Commissioner, and

(b) one officer of the Central Government, to be nominated by the Chief Commissioner.

2- This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st day of July. 2017.
