In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 76 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act no. 4 of 2003) read with Section 100 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003, I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur hereby abolish all the Tax Collection Check Posts with effect from 1st July, 2017.
