In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby constitute the State-level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the Union territory of Puducherry, consisting of-

(1) Shri U. Niranjan, Commissioner, GST & Central Excise, Puducherry, as nominated by the Central Government; and

(2) Shri. G. Srinivas, Commissioner of State Tax, Government of Puducherry.
