In exercise of the powers under sub-rule (2) of Rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby constitutes the State Level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering for the State of Andhra Pradesh consisting of the following members:

A) Sri D. Venkateswara Reddy, Commissioner of Central Tax, Goods and Services Tax, Guntur Audit.

B) Sri G. Venkateswarlu, Commissioner (State Tax) (Legal & Legal Affairs), O/o Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh, Eedupugallu, Krishna District.

The Committee shall function from the Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Edupugallu, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.
