THE HIMACHAL PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 NOTIFICATIONS

Body Notification No. EXN-F(10)-22/2017 Dated 5th September, 2017.

In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby constitute the Screening Committee on anti-profiteering consisting of following officers, namely:-

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
