Subject: Extension of the time limit for filing intimation for composition levy under sub-rule(1) of rule 3 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017

In exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 168 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Ordinance, 2017 West Ben. Ord. No. II of 2007), I hereby extend the period of filing an intimation in FORM GST CMP-01 under sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 upto 16th day of August, 2017.
