In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules. 2017. the Commissioner of State Tax. Tamil Nadu hereby extends the period for llling intimation in FORM GST CMP-01 under sub-rule (I) of rule (3) of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules. 2017 upto 16lh August. 2017.
