Notification No. 31/ST-2. Dated 30th June, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4, read with clause (4) of section 2, of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below, to exercise the powers and perform the duties of adjudicating authority (within the meaning of the above said clause of the Act) in the areas mentioned in column (3) there against, namely:-

This notification shall come in to force with effect from 22nd June, 2017 for the purposes of Registration and Composition under the Act and with effect from 1st July, 2017 for all other purposes of the Act.
