In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 21 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in this department's notification no. F-10-36/2015/CT/V(64), dated 30th September, 2015, namely: -

In the said notification, -

For the figures, word and punctuation "30th November, 2016", the figures, word and punctuation "31st January, 2017" shall be substituted.
