BIHAR VALUE ADDED TAX Act, 2005 NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section-14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in the table appended to Commercial Taxes Department notification no. S.O. 24 dated 24th March, 2005 as amended from time to time,

Amendment

1. In the said Table, for serial number 5 and 6 and their corresponding entries in columns 2 and 3, the following entries shall be substituted in the following way namely:-

2. This notification shall come into force from date of its issue.
