In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-rule (2) of Rule 28 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, the Government hereby directs that the last date for filing of returns for the First Quarter of 2016-17 and revised return for the Fourth Quarter 2015-16 shall now be 31st of August, 2016.
