In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in SCHEDULE-IV appended to the said Act, namely.-

AMENDMENTS

In the said schedule,-

1. in S.No. 35, the existing expression "Coffee beans and seeds, coco pod and beans, green tea leaf and chicory." appearing in Column No.2 shall be substituted by the expression "Coffee beans, seeds and powder, cocoa pod and beans, green tea leaf and chicory."

2. in S.No. 76, the existing expression "Khoya/khoa" appearing in Column No. 2 shall be substituted by the expression " Khoya/khoa, shrikhand, paneer and cheese."

3. in S.No. 110, the existing expression "Rail Coaches, engines and wagons and parts thereof." appearing in Column No. 2 shall be substituted by the expression "Rail Coaches, engines, wagons, railway switches, crossings, switch expansion joints, steel turnout sleepers, pre-stressed concrete sleepers (PCS), fish-plates, steel clips, track bolts and nuts, elastic rail clips and railway signal, signaling equipments and accessories and parts thereof."

4. after the existing S.No. 165, the following S.Nos. and entries thereto shall be added, namely: -
