In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act. 2003 (Act No.4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule IV appended to the said Act, with effect from 08.03.2016, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule IV appended to the said Act,-

(i) the existing serial number 224 and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

LT Electric Switchgear items, that is to say, fuse switch unit and main switch, change-over switch, reverse forward switch, kitkat fuse, ampere meter, volt meter, LT circuit breaker, distribution board and box, control panel, power supply indicator, single phase preventer, auto switch, connector and motor starter

(i) the existing serial number 227 and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

Gwar Refind Dal, Gwar gum and Gwar gum powder
