In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), read with sub-rule (6) of rule 40 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification number F.12(23)FD/Tax/2015-208 dated 09.03.2015, with effect from 01.04.2016, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the existing expression "6%" the expression "3%" shall be substituted.
