In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts from the tax sale to or purchase by Jaipur City Transport Service Limited / Ajmer City Transport Service Limited of High Speed Diesel to the extent to which the rate of tax in respect thereof exceeds 13% on the following conditions, namely:-

(i) that the Jaipur City Transport Service Limited / Ajmer City Transport Service Limited shall submit monthly information of purchases to the Assistant Commissioner / Commercial Taxes Officer, Special Circle, Rajasthan, Jaipur, within ten days from the close of the month,

(ii) that the officer duly authorized by the Jaipur City Transport Service Limited / Ajmer City Transport Service Limited for such purchases on its behalf furnishes to the selling dealer a certificate in Form appended here to, and

3. that the High Speed Diesel will be used exclusively for vehicles owned and run by Jaipur City Transport Service Limited / Ajmer City Transport Service Limited
