In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to substitute the present entry "20 percent" of column number (3) of serial number 1 and 2 of table appended to Departmental Notification Number S.O. 51 dated 04.03.2006 (as amended from time to time) by the entry "30 percent" with immediate effect.
