Notification S.O. 199 Dated 27th August 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to add the following S.N. 137 after S.N. 136 of schedule V (of section 17) of the said Act, 2005 with effect from the date of its issuance -

"137. Borlaug Institute for South Asia (BISA)"
