In Trade Circular No. 09/2015 dated 27.05.2015 under item No. (18)(ii) related to pollution control equipment, for "Sale of this item will attract tax @ 5 % w.e.f. 01.04.2005" please read "Sale of this item will attract tax @ 4 % from 01.04.2005 to 31.03.2013 and @ 5% w.e.f. 01.04.2013".
