In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1] of Section 67 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005 read with sub-section (l) of Section 15-A of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962, the Government hereby direct the establishment of Commercial Taxes Check-post at Borehallan Heepur, Tehsil and District Shopian for the purposes of the said Acts.
