In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of Section 3A of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to substitute the present entry "10 percent" of column number (3) of serial number 1 and 2 of table appended to Departmental Notification Number S.O. 51 dated 04.03.2006 (as amended from time to time) by the entry "20 percent" with immediate effect.
