Read:-(1) Order No. GVT/VAT/Sec.68 and 69/(1) Dated 3rd December, 2014.

(2) Order No. GVL/VAT/Sec.68 and 69(2) Dated 12th December, 2014.

(3) Order No. GVLA/AT/Sec.68 and 69(3) Dated 20th December, 2014.

The order read at Sr. No.3, is hereby amended as follows:-

(i) In sub clause (i) of Clause (B) of the orders, for the figures"50" the figures "25" shall be substituted.

(ii) After sub clause (ii) of clause (B), sub clause (iii) shall be added namely:-

(iii) (a) Yarn of all types except Nylon yarn, Polyester Viscose yarn and Cotton yarn.

(b) All kind of Plywood, Block Boards, Decorative and Laminated sheets.

(c) Coal including Coke.

(d) Timber and Articles of wood/Timber.

(iii) Sub clause (iii) of clause (B) shall be renumbered as (iv).

This Order shall be effective from 15th February, 2015.
