In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to substitute the present entry "30%" of Column Number (3) of serial number 7 of Departmental Notification Number S.O. 24 dated 24.03.2005 (as amended from time to time) by the entry "20%" with immediate effect
