In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No, 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do. hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule V appended to the Act, with effect from 14.07.201 4, namely:-

In Schedule V appended to the said Act, in column number 2 against serial number 44, the existing expression ", fish net" shall be deleted,
